- We had a great Christmas. We spent about 10 days in Louisiana with my family and then some time in Jacksonville with Craig's family. It was so much fun, but I came home more home sick than ever!
- Mia (the cat, I shouldn't have to say that because if you don't know who Mia is by now you shouldn't be reading my blog!)celebrated her 1 year birthday. We're hoping she's is as big as she's going to get. I think from now on she'll be growing the wrong way.
- We saw some movies. Craig saw Valkyrie(?)- good. We both saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button-good and Seven Pounds- our favorite of the three.
- This week was my first week back to school after 2 1/2 years. It's been quite intimidating, especially in a field that is new to me, but I've made some friends in my classes and things look promising.
- And...the Gators won the National Championship...no big deal. As a current National Champion (LSU) it was special to pass the torch down to Craig. Now that college football season is over we're not sure what we're going to do with ourselves. Our weekends (and often weeks) revolve around college football. We joke that now we're going to have to talk to each other something, quality time even? We did go throw around a baseball last weekend to help us get in the spirit of baseball season...and there's still March Madness. There's hope for happiness in the Copeland household.
- Finally, we're excited for 2009! We have a lot of decisions and exciting things to look forward to. With me finishing school in December and Craig only 16 months from now(!!!), post-student life is in sight. Fortunately, we're having a blast as poor students and plan to enjoy every minute until then.
